Ph.D. in Economics (University of Le Havre Normandie) specializing in applied econometrics, causal inference, and structural reform evaluation. Experienced in producing evidence-based policy recommendations for governments and international institutions, including the High Commission for Planning (Morocco) and UNU-WIDER (United Nations). As a postdoctoral researcher, evaluated the multiplier effects of local public investment via staggered difference-in-differences, finding a low multiplier (~0.11) with implications for targeted investment policy. Proficient in R, Stata, Python, and SAS, with complementary experience in university-level teaching.
